Execute the activities/processes for Finance B2B sales verification for existing and new companies
B2B verification: Verification of all documents from finance for all New B2B companies for OK
Ensuring that all companies onboarded are genuine and credit worthy,
Identifying risks with new companies and accordingly providing decision of accepting/rejecting to B2B
Ensuring all TTs raised for verification is closed as per SLAs and no delays happens
Ensuring that B2B KYC is followed for documentation for CPR and EPR.
Checking any repeated irregular fraudulent pattern in KAM or customer behaviour for obtaining OK good and services
Ensuring credit given to new and existing companies is as per their credit worthiness and payment behaviour. This involves checking financial performance, history, capital, market standing etc. of the companies
Risk Identification and Assessment: Identify high-risk areas and Implement data mining and analytics techniques to uncover patterns and anomalies.
Behavioural Analytics: Monitor user behaviour and identify deviations from normal patterns. Use machine learning algorithms to detect unusual activity and potential fraud.
Monitor the implementation of all B2B KYC rules in CRM and other systems
Understanding roles & privileges for B2B sales users, and monitoring the users with the privileges by identifying loopholes and misuse of the rights in various technical systems
Checking the KYC exceptions and related approvals
Monitoring activations/modifications/devices in system and ensuring they are approved as per policy
Be aware of latest technology related to B2B systems and apps and monitor for any leakages
Training to employees on fraud prevention and detection.
Raise awareness about fraud risks and best practices
Create internal awareness campaigns
Identify and prepare control reports risks and process failures.
Regular and timely escalation of fraud / process gaps.
Provide periodic performance reports on verifications, risk identification, fraud awareness etc.
Identify and undertake investigation into discrepancies or shortages of information / data and either take action or report issues to management
Proactively take responsibility for self improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
Coordinate with other functional managers in finance to develop and benchmark KPI and best practises across the industry. Other duties as directed by supervisor or other superiors.
Bachelor's degree in accounting / related specialization with appropriate registration from a recognised professional institute
