  • Assist in the development and implementation of 360-degree brand marketing plans.
  • Support campaign ideation and execution in line with brand objectives and seasonal opportunities.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to build brand strategy.
  • Plan and execute social media calendars, influencer campaigns, and performance marketing activities.
  • Coordinate UGC, content shoots, and campaign rollouts.
  • Support in managing brand activations, exhibitions, and trade POSM requirements.
  • Liaison with Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, and Creative teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, performance reports, and brand performance review decks.
  • Ensure all marketing collaterals are aligned with brand guidelines.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in brand management preferably FMCG marketing experience.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Sound understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with design and AI-based content tools for efficient visual content creation and editing is a strong plus.
