Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in holiday homes or real estate, strong communication skills in English and Arabic, and a passion for the hospitality and property sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new property owners to list their units as holiday homes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and real estate agents
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and potential leads
• Promote company services to landlords, developers, and agencies
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals
• Meet monthly targets for property acquisition and revenue
• Collaborate with the operations and marketing team to ensure seamless onboarding
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in holiday homes or real estate industry
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and result-oriented approach
• UAE Driving License preferred
• Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate/holiday homes market is a plus
