We are looking for a Business Development professional with 5-7 years of core experience in the same field to join our dynamic digital marketing team. In this role, you will oversee inside and outside sales strategies and execution for GladOwl and its clients, driving revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Drive lead generation, outreach, and prospecting for GladOwl’s products and services.

Identify and qualify potential clients across relevant industries and markets.

Business Growth & Strategy

Identify, develop, and optimize new business opportunities to enhance revenue streams.

Conduct data-driven analysis to improve sales funnel efficiency, lead conversion, and overall business performance.

Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, service delivery, and escalation, ensuring a smooth experience.

Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to improve satisfaction, retention, and engagement.

Sales Presentations & Consultative Selling

Conduct presentations, pitches, workshops, and client meetings to promote GladOwl’s digital marketing services.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

Pipeline & CRM Management

Maintain and regularly update the CRM with client interactions, opportunities, pipeline status, and follow-ups.

Track and report on BD activities, deal stages, and closures to management.
Education: BBA/MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Development, or Sales (preferred)
Experience: 5–7 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
Skills & Competencies

Prior experience in Digital Marketing, EdTech, or other service-based industries is a strong advantage

Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, closing deals, and managing key accounts/campaigns

Strong understanding of digital marketing services and processes (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Email, Automation, etc.)

Solid knowledge of the sales funnel, B2B sales cycles, and client engagement/retention strategies

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a consultative selling approach

Ability to build relationships, handle objections, and drive conversations towards closures

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, build proposals, and present business cases effectively
