COTHM Islamabad is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute innovative menus.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff and manage operations efficiently.
• Monitor inventory and maintain cost control.
• Train and mentor culinary team members.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as an Executive Chef in reputable establishments.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Creativity and knowledge of modern culinary trends.
