Job Description: Pakistani Chef (Sues Chef)

As a Pakistani Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting authentic traditional cuisine, ensuring the preservation of cultural flavors and cooking techniques. You will manage kitchen operations, train junior staff in traditional recipes, and maintain high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook authentic traditional dishes according to established recipes.
  • Maintain the originality, taste, and presentation of cultural cuisine.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and provide training in traditional cooking methods.
  • Plan menus that highlight seasonal and regional ingredients.
  • Ensure food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are strictly followed.
  • Control food costs and minimize waste while maintaining quality.
  • Collaborate with management to design special menus for cultural events, festivals, and guests.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred).
  • 4–5 years of experience as a Chef specializing in traditional cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of authentic cooking techniques and regional flavors.
  • Ability to manage a kitchen team effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs50,000 – Rs70,000 per month

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
