Job Overview:
We are looking for a Fast Food Expert to design, improve, and manage quick-service food operations. The role involves creating cost-effective menus, ensuring food quality, optimizing kitchen workflows, and delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and standardize fast food recipes and menus.
• Ensure food quality, taste, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Train and guide kitchen staff on preparation and service efficiency.
• Monitor supply costs, inventory, and portion control.
• Analyze customer preferences and market trends to introduce new items.
• Optimize operations for speed, consistency, and profitability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fast food, QSR, or culinary operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices.
• Ability to design affordable yet appealing menu items.
• Excellent time management and leadership skills.
• Creative mindset with focus on customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in cost control and vendor management.
• Knowledge of international fast food trends.
• Ability to scale operations for franchises.
