We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing high-quality food, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and managing daily kitchen operations efficiently. The chef must be able to work independently, follow recipes, and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to menu standards
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistent
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times
- Manage food preparation, storage, and inventory
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Plan daily food preparation and assist with menu improvements
- Reduce food waste and control kitchen costs
- Work efficiently under pressure during busy hours
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook
- Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours if required
Preferred Qualifications:
