Executive Chef

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing high-quality food, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and managing daily kitchen operations efficiently. The chef must be able to work independently, follow recipes, and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to menu standards
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistent
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times
  • Manage food preparation, storage, and inventory
  • Follow health and safety regulations
  • Plan daily food preparation and assist with menu improvements
  • Reduce food waste and control kitchen costs
  • Work efficiently under pressure during busy hours

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook
  • Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Ability to maintain hygiene and safety standards
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours if required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Culinary certification or relevant training
  • Experience in restaurant or catering environment
