Salary: 1500 AED

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all operations in the kitchen and supervising a team of chefs.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients. You should also have excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of the food industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations.
• Manage and train staff.
• Develop new recipes and menus.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain stock levels.
• Order supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
