IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible for coordinating security operations in alignment with strategic objectives and company policies, while supporting the Manager Security South and Zonal Head in implementing SOPs and directives. It maintains liaison with law enforcement agencies and government bodies, ensures compliance with security and CCTV contracts, and oversees vendor performance, billing verification, and internal audits. The role also involves preparing reports, presentations, and official communications, conducting fact-finding investigations when required, and contributing to security-related projects.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Coordinate security operations on behalf of SM Security to ensure alignment with strategic goals, company policies, and SOPs.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies and government departments to secure support for operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with security and CCTV project contracts through effective vendor management.
• Conduct internal audits and investigations to strengthen security controls and governance.
• Support SM Security in daily operations to achieve zonal objectives efficiently.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree from HEC recognized institute.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in Security.
