Salary: PKR 100,000 per month

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Executive – Costing & Plant Controlling to join our manufacturing team at our Okara Plant. The incumbent will work closely with the Plant Controller and support financial planning, cost analysis, inventory control, and plant performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in product costing, inventory valuation, and cost analysis.
• Monitor raw material consumption, production costs, and variances.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly cost reporting activities.
• Analyze production efficiency, wastage, and yield variances.
• Assist in inventory reconciliations and stock count activities.
• Ensure accurate recording of production and inventory transactions.
• Prepare management reports and provide operational cost insights.
• Support internal controls, compliance requirements, and audit activities.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and finance teams for accurate cost tracking.

Qualifications & Experience

• CMA (Part Qualified), MBA (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in costing, plant finance, inventory control, or manufacturing accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
