IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Executive Customer Operations position is essential for business growth in Naseer Abad, Warah Wagan, Lalu raunk, Badah, Dokri, Bakrani & Gerelo spanning approximate 80 km distance having 07 RLUs, 1 MSAG & USF OLTs for deployment FF connections. It is required to maintain service KPIs, service provisioning standards and better customer experience in the area through network rehabilitation and efficient utilization of available resources.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Ensure the achievement of daily, weekly and monthly assigned operational KPIs.
• Timely deployment of the daily generated Sale orders deployment at customer premises on the same day to maintain the MTTP.
• Field visits to check the deployments as per quality standard, MSAGs, DCs, DPs & FATs conditions and Rehab Work.
• Timely Resolution of snags highlighted by Quality team.
• Timely submission of reports required from Regional and Zonal coordination teams.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• B.E (Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecommunication)

Experience

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
