Operation Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high service standards, improving guest satisfaction, and supporting overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities of the hotel/restaurant/property.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics.
  • Support management in achieving revenue and cost-control targets.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in hospitality operations.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management software (preferred).

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
