IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Manage prime area of Bahawalpur city with +4K GPON and +2.5K xDSL. Exec. CO Bahawalpur manages customers` SRs, orders processing, copper OSP, GPON maintenance and deployment.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Ensure timely execution of maintenance projects to improve operational KPIs (Copper/FF network).
• Achieve quality installations while adhering to SLAs and zero pendency.
• Identify and implement Preventive Maintenance for Copper/FF networks to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain accurate mapping of Copper/FF network infrastructure.
• Promote HSE compliance to reduce accidents/injuries among field workers and vendors.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

• BS in Telecom/Electrical Engineering .
• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Understanding of Telecom network operations (Copper/GPON) .

Competencies:

• Understanding of KPIs , Copper/GPON QSP maintenance , and team management .
• Preferred: Expertise in IT/reporting , GPON maintenance , and customer handling .
• Proficiency in HSE protocols , Excel/Word , webmail , and network layout/maintenance .
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of telecom infrastructure operations .
