Sales Operations Executive

• Coordinate with distributors on orders, stock availability, and deliveries.
• Track and manage distributor accounts, payments, and order history.
• Ensure timely processing of purchase orders and smooth product dispatch.
• Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports using Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Support the sales team with quotations, documentation, and distributor follow-ups.
• Resolve order or delivery issues and escalate when necessary.
• Assist in planning and executing distributor promotions or offers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
