Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and evaluate daily project opportunities on Upwork and similar platforms.
• Craft customized, high-converting proposals tailored to client needs.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with international clients to understand their requirements and build trust.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive proposals and project strategies.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and successfully close deals.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for bidding and project acquisition.
• Explore and expand lead generation channels on platforms like Fiverr, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.
• Provide detailed weekly and monthly performance reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and freelance business development.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for global client interactions.
• Strong ability to write tailored, persuasive proposals that align with client requirements.
• Solid understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, UI/UX Design, SEO, etc.).
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Capable of managing multiple bids and priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive, self-motivated team player with a professional and client-focused approach.
• Proven ability to generate sales and achieve targets consistently.
