IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Facilitate towards business growth by providing the best services to new customers. Ensure network rehabilitation along with organizing and controlling daily, weekly and monthly targets by utilizing resources (human, Tools and equipment), for best customer experience.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Meet PSTN, broadband, IPTV installation target and NTC targets regarding copper, as well as GPON, Meet Net Adds Targets.
• Monitor timely and proper rectification of complaints (MTTR , MTTP) and Accurate Mapping of NEs.
• Conduct monthly meeting about progress review MTTR, MTTP, CHI.
• Ensure Jointing of underground and aerial cable and testing of newly commissioned OSP network.
• Resolve the communication breakdowns by timely and proper rectification of complaints.
• Ensure periodic training of all field staff on quality of installation and fault rectification.
• Collect competitor’s information to acknowledge illegal subletting of the area & Monitor financial regulatory.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• BE / BS (Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication Engineering or any other relevant engineering degree).

Experience

• 1 year of relevant experience.
