Job Overview

The Executive – FTTH Operations will support deployment activities, ensure quality compliance, and coordinate with field teams to maintain smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (16 years) in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or relevant field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in FTTH operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage FTTH field teams for timely and high-quality deployment
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs across operations
• Conduct quality audits and oversee installation compliance
• Coordinate with planning, vendors, and internal teams to meet SLAs
• Handle escalations and resolve complex fiber issues
• Maintain QA reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards
• Manage ROW issues with relevant authorities
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
