IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely execution of maintenance projects while continuously improving operational KPIs across Copper and Fiber networks. You will oversee the quality and completion of installations, guaranteeing 100% feasibility and zero pendency of sales orders. A key part of your role will involve identifying preventive maintenance areas to address recurring issues and enhance customer experience. You will also drive a strong Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture by minimizing accidents and conducting regular awareness sessions. Additionally, you will ensure 100% accurate mapping of Copper and Fiber network infrastructure to support efficient operations and long-term planning.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Ensure timely execution of maintenance projects. Improve operational KPIs.
• Quality of installations, 100% FF feasible installations. Enable team to install all feasible sales orders.
• Identification of Preventive Maintenance of pain points of Copper/FF to minimize factors that deteriorates CHI and customer experience.
• Reduce HSE accidents and work injuries including third party staff and vendors.
• 100% accurate mapping of Copper/FF network

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• BSc Telecom/Electrical Engineering
• Understanding of Telecom business operations, maintenance of Copper/GPON network & customer experience

Technical Competency:

• IT/Computer operation
• Copper/GPON infrastructure
• MS Excel, Word, emails
