How Can You Express Your Talent?

Coordinate cross-functional teams to propose optimal FTTH solutions
Ensure deployments follow PTCL specifications & SOPs with quality assurance
Update project trackers on time to reflect real-time progress
Arrange PATs for completed FTTH projects in collaboration with Vendors, QA & Ops
Assist in site surveys and preparation of Bill of Quantities (BoQs)
Finalize and plan project sites with clarity and strategy
Coordinate installation & commissioning within deadlines
Liaise with authorities for ROW (Right of Way) resolution
Track and close projects on schedule
Prepare PIPs and submit daily/weekly/monthly progress reports
Manage vendors for on-time delivery of FTTH deployments & PATs
Submit feasibility reports after site surveys for FTTH rollout planning
