Role Description

A top level Executive is required who will take charge of the Human Resource Management of the company. The candidate is expected to have extensive proven experience in the fields of HR/ Administration having special expertise in the areas of talent acquisition and employees relations at all levels. He should have special expertise in developing compensation and benefits packages competitive with the market. A proven experience in the field of restructuring, reorganization and training and development with the objective of succession planning in all segments of the company is highly desirable.


Qualifications

·        MBA (HR) / MPA (HR) / Master in HR from HEC recognized university or an equivalent degree from a reputable foreign university duly recognized by HEC.

·        Must have at least 10 years of experience in managing HR functions including at least 5 year experience as Head of HR / leading role in large and reputable organizations.

·        Strong background in employees relations with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with government departments and regulatory bodies.

·        Leadership qualities, analytical skills, decision making, communication and negotiation skills along with demonstrated ability for administration, developing and improving HR systems and formulation of HR policies and implementation for effective control.

·        Age Limit: 50 years

·        Ensure the strategic alignment of business objectives with vision & mission as strategic partner to formulate HR strategies.

·        Develop, review, improve and enforce best HR policies to strengthen merit, transparency and fairness in all areas of human resources.

·        Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of business goals.

·        Develop and implement comprehensive Compensation and Benefit plans that are competitive and cost effective for the organization.

·        Facilitate and foster performance oriented culture in line with business objectives and corporate governance principles by promoting openness and trust through transparent HR processes.

·        Ensure optimal utilization of available human capital and alignment of its output with the organization's goals and objectives through career planning, training and development.
