Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, and performance management.
  • Manage compensation, payroll, and benefits administration in compliance with labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement programs.
  • Supervise administrative operations such as transportation, accommodation, security, housekeeping, and office management.
  • Liaise with government agencies (EOBI, SESSI, Labour Dept., etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage hospitality for foreign guests, visitors, and audits.
  • Oversee attendance, disciplinary actions, and employee welfare activities.

Position: HR & Admin Manager
Experience: 5–10 Years (Manufacturing / Packaging / Logistics / Industrial Sector preferred)
Education: Master’s in HRM / MBA / Equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
