Admin & Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly organized and experienced Admin and Accounts Manager to oversee our financial and administrative operations. The successful candidate will manage accounts, records, reports, and distributor relationships, while also driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts, including financial transactions, invoicing, and payments

- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations

- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, negotiating terms and resolving issues

- Drive sales growth through effective management of distributor networks and sales strategies

- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven experience in accounts management, sales, and distributor relationships

- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and lead teams

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
