Job Responsibilities

The HR Executive will be responsible for handling the complete HR operations of A.J Worldwide, ensuring that all human resource activities are carried out effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and labor laws. This is an end-to-end HR role covering all major HR functions.

1. Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage the complete hiring process from job posting to selection.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews and issue offer/appointment letters.

2. Onboarding & Orientation

  • Conduct new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain proper documentation and personnel files of all employees.
  • Introduce new employees to company culture and policies.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor daily attendance and manage leave applications.
  • Maintain attendance records and coordinate with accounts for payroll input.
  • Address late arrivals, absences, and shift-related concerns.

4. Payroll Coordination

  • Prepare attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate coordination with accounts for salary disbursement.
  • Check overtime, deductions, and other payroll adjustments.

5. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Maintain a positive and cooperative work environment.
  • Support management in addressing employee concerns or grievances.

6. Performance & Probation Monitoring

  • Track employee probation periods and coordinate evaluations.
  • Maintain records of performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Support implementation of performance improvement plans when required.

7. HR Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital).
  • Ensure all HR documents, forms, and letters are properly managed and confidential.
  • Prepare letters such as experience, salary, and warning letters.

8. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support implementation of HR rules, procedures, and disciplinary actions.
  • Participate in internal audits and maintain HR documentation accuracy.

9. Separation & Exit Process

  • Handle resignations, clearances, and final settlements.
  • Conduct exit interviews and maintain separation records.
  • Coordinate with accounts and departments for full and final procedures.

10. HR Coordination & Reporting

  • Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and summaries for management.
  • Support internal coordination across departments for HR-related matters.
  • Participate in HR projects and improvement initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR practices.

Location: Shahrae-e-Faisal, Karachi
Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
