About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive to join the Engineering team for Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.

The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include

• Deliver professional and courteous service at all times, maintain positive relationships with colleagues, and adhere to hotel policies, safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory and procurement processes, ensure quality control during goods receipt, maintain accurate records, and prepare purchase requests in a timely manner.
• Support engineering operations by processing work requests, tracking job completion, and maintaining preventive maintenance schedules and cost allocations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and cleanliness standards, maintain an organized workspace, and observe health and safety protocols.
• Participate in departmental communication and training, attend meetings, and be flexible to perform additional duties or support other areas as required.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Must hold an engineering-related certification, diploma, or City & Guilds qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in a team leader role within a five-star hospitality setting.
• Strong English communication skills, with solid report writing and listening abilities.
• Highly organized, flexible, and capable of independent decision-making, with a strong grasp of engineering disciplines and teamwork.
• Proficient in CMMS systems, AutoCAD, and engineering management software; familiar with FLS and basic financial processes.
