Facility Executive

Responsible for M&E Services such as Electrical, HVAC, Water system, Plumbing & Carpentry. SPOC from C&W for the FM Housekeeping service and reports to FM.

Event management.

Makes periodic inspections of the facility and equipment to determine if janitorial, cafeteria, break out area, Pantry, and Indoor gardening.

Makes periodic inspections of the facility and equipment to determine to M&E and other services are adequate and whether repair work is needed, reviews safety equipment and procedures for adequacy.

Monthly service invoice raising in the C&W ABS portal for the services provide at site

Innovate, suggest, and implement energy conservation ideas.

Supervise the staff involved in performing the functions of the assigned units

Assigns job to the subordinates, gives instructions, maintains discipline, and resolves difficult facility upkeeping and with all safety aspects
-
Co-ordinate with OEM for service obligation as per AMC & in case of breakdown of system.

Oversees the inventory and ensure the adequate stock availability in the facility (Materials like M&E material, Housekeeping consumables, Toiletries, Stationary and other Cafeteria cleaning agent).

Analyze / recommend solution on the complaint analysis in the House keeping & M&E services.

Manage the office services needed to support department operations.

Prepare shift schedule, Checklist, Job card job responsibility to all the designation of housekeeping staffs furthered to establishes and maintains essential records and files.

Prepare training schedule and deep cleaning activities by Sr. FE (SS).

Maintain discipline and quality of work by all staff and record.

Organize and coordinate formal weekly / monthly meeting with the FM and client
-
Conduct formal monthly meeting with sub-contractors.
-
Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly report as per the prescribe format.
-
Prepare 52-week schedule to check periodic of the various equipment, operation of the equipment and preventive maintenance of the equipment.

Service reports of all service calls to maintain.

Equipment history cards to be created and maintained and to be updated by own technicians’ staff and vendor technicians

Breakdown tracker to be kept updated. Turnaround Time as per contract to be tracked and reported.

Oversees activities of contractors, vendor personnel, and suppliers
-
Supervises all activities related to facilities on a day-to-day cleaning.
-
Reviews the performance of support staff and oversee rotation schedules.
-
Inspect the facilities at least thrice a day to ensure clean and hygienic conditions.
-
Inspects and evaluate physical condition of the office space, toilets, cafeteria, break out area and pantry.
-
Regular check in all the pantry to ensure the materials expiry date and refilling of all stuffs.

To ensure the grooming of pantry staff, housekeeping, and gardener.

Conduct daily meetings with cleaning staff.

Regular supervision of indoor gardening.

Provide training to all housekeeping staff, and ongoing refreshers monthly, especially on the use of the proper cleaning solutions and methods.

Direct the complaint to the concerned vendor and track till closure.

Ensure all safety guidelines/ requirements are adhered to by team members/vendors.

Support the client project team on snagging and de-snag.

Responsible for overall upkeep of the site to high standards of operations, maintenance.
Periodically review / amend checklist, operation steps, spares parts consumption analysis
