Your Mission:

To become the CEO's operational force multiplier and bridge to our global ecosystem. You will be the strategic linchpin ensuring seamless coordination between our Islamabad headquarters and the CEO's international operations. This role offers a masterclass in global business, high-net-worth (HNW/HNI) relationship management, and executive-level strategy while working directly with visionary leadership.

The Role: Amplify Global Impact

As the CEO's central nervous system, you will enable peak performance by mastering complex logistics, managing critical relationships, and anticipating needs across continents and time zones.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Executive Operations & Gatekeeping:

Master the CEO's complex global calendar, intelligently prioritizing commitments across time zones

Serve as the primary filter for all communications, ensuring the CEO focuses only on high-leverage opportunities

Prepare executive briefings and talking points for key meetings and engagements

High-Net-Worth Individual (HNW/HNI) Relations:

Act as a polished liaison between the CEO and our network of high-net-worth clients and partners

Manage sensitive communications with discretion, cultural awareness, and professional excellence

Coordinate exclusive experiences and ensure exceptional service for our HNI network

Global Logistics Architecture:

Design and execute complex international travel itineraries that blend business efficiency with lifestyle requirements

Anticipate and resolve logistical challenges before they impact the CEO's productivity

Maintain seamless access to premium services and facilities across all destinations

Strategic Intelligence & Research:

Conduct market research and due diligence on potential partners, investments, and business opportunities

Prepare concise, actionable briefs on emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and strategic initiatives

Unique Working Dynamic:

On-site in Islamabad: You will work physically from our Islamabad headquarters, serving as the operational anchor for our local team

Remote with CEO : While based in Islamabad, you will work remotely alongside our internationally mobile CEO, requiring exceptional virtual collaboration skills and flexibility across time zones
