Executive – Graphic Designer

Job Description

Strategic

• Contribute creative ideas and design approaches that support KHDA’s innovation, employee happiness, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Ensure all visual content is consistent with KHDA’s brand identity and Dubai Government communication standards, reinforcing organizational reputation.
• Support the translation of KHDA’s strategic messages and cultural values into engaging visual communication for employees, partners, and the wider community.
• Participate in design-related projects, campaigns, and events that align with KHDA’s long-term communication and cultural objectives.
• Contribute to the development of KHDA’s visual communication strategy by aligning outputs with organizational priorities and community engagement.
  
  

Operational

• Design and develop layouts, graphics, and visual elements for reports, presentations, campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Create infographics, illustrations, and creative visuals to simplify complex messages for internal and external audiences.
• Assist in preparing content for social media, intranet, and other communication channels.
• Maintain an organized archive of design files, templates, and creative assets.
• Support photography, videography, and basic multimedia editing when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver design solutions within deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with KHDA and Dubai Government branding guidelines in all design deliverables.
• Provide progress updates and submit completed design tasks to the line manager.
• Undertake other design-related assignments as directed to support departmental operations.
• Support quality assurance of design outputs through feedback cycles and continuous improvement.
• Assist in monitoring emerging design trends and recommend enhancements to KHDA’s creative practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
