Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to create visually appealing and impactful designs that align with CAVA’s vision and goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce a wide range of design materials, ensuring consistent quality and brand representation across various platforms.
Responsibility
->Design Creation

Develop innovative and visually striking design concepts for social media posts, reels and stories basis briefs, copy texts & photo assets.

Designing & editing of creatives for Meta adverts

Editing of Long form content - YouTube channel

New collection launch banners for website.

Design web graphics, social media visuals, email templates, and other online content to enhance our online presence and engagement.

Produce custom illustrations or graphics to complement design projects or convey specific CAVA messages effectively.
->Branding

Assist in maintaining and evolving the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency in design elements, colour palettes, typography, and overall aesthetics

Ability to add a creative streak to briefs for marketing campaigns
->Collaboration & Feedback Integration

Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audiences

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into design iterations, ensuring that the final output aligns with expectations

Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team

Project Management

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
->Software Proficiency

Utilize graphic design software (e.g. - Adobe photoshop/lightroom; Adobe illustrator; Adobe premier pro/rush; Canva; In shots/ some video editing application) proficiently to execute design tasks effectively
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience

Proven experience & keen aesthetic as a Graphic Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of diverse design work in athleisure and fashion e-comm space

Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe photoshop/lightroom; Adobe illustrator; Adobe premier pro/rush; Canva; In shots/ some video editing application)

Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques

Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus

Strong passion for design and a willingness to explore new techniques and approaches
