Executive Group Assistant

Akenerji is the first power generation company founded as an auto-producer group in Turkey. One of the Turkish power sector’s biggest players, Akenerji is an integrated power company operating in wholesale energy trade in addition to power generation, with over 36 years of experience in the sector.


We are looking for an Executive Group Assistant with following qualifications;


Qualifications:

  • University degree in relevant fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably with experience supporting multiple executives)
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and representation ability
  • Skilled in planning, organization, and problem-solving
  • Proactive, responsible, and committed to maintaining confidentiality
  • Preferably fluent in English


Job Description:

  • Effective management of senior executives' calendars, planning and coordinating meetings,
  • Providing assistant services not only to executives but also supporting the departments to which the executives belong; working in coordination with the relevant teams,
  • Preparing for all internal and external meetings, organizing meeting documents, and ensuring timely communication,
  • Tracking incoming and outgoing documents and correspondence, prioritizing when necessary, and forwarding them to executives,
  • Conducting filing and documentation processes in an organized and easily accessible manner,
  • Coordinating the internal and external communications of executives,
  • Supporting document preparation and system approval processes (e.g., expense reports, leave requests),
  • Monitoring information flow between departments and contacting the relevant person or unit when necessary,
  • Supporting the planning and implementation of various organizational processes on behalf of relevant executives (e.g., event planning, preparing invitation lists, arranging refreshments); coordinating with the Administrative Affairs team when needed,
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and ensuring the security of information.
  • Supporting the preparation of necessary documents and expense forms before and after business trips on behalf of the relevant executives.
