Executive Housekeeper

Job Title: Executive Housekeeper
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper for our 4-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead the housekeeping team to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards while ensuring efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all housekeeping operations and staff
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas
• Train, schedule, and monitor team performance
• Manage housekeeping inventory, supplies, and budgets
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally
• Enforce discipline and team accountability through strong, firm, and respectful leadership

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage staff firmly and professionally without the use of aggressive behavior or inappropriate language
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good English communication skills
• Experience working with multicultural teams
