· Recruitment and Induction:

· Ensure that right sources are in place to cater the needs

· Interact with the Nursing Colleges for campus placement

· Ensure proper data based management by keeping details of all those who have applied through various sources (walk-ins, portals, advertisement replies, referrals etc.) to use it from time to time to invite candidates for interviews

· Organize for the Nursing Skill Tests for the candidates with 0-2 years of experience

· Ensure proper co-ordination with all the HODs for the timely functional interviews and assessment as per the JD

· Ensure proactive communication by making multiple calls to candidates and inform them about interviews, follow up on their availability, and ensure smooth scheduling.

· Ensure that the Fitness Test and Reference Checks are done before the joining.

· Ensure all the joining formalities are taken care of appropriately for all staff level, new entrants (Ensures that the joining kit with all the forms is handed over to new entrants). Issuing of Appointment Letters.

· Check and ensure that the personal files, the formats to be included in it, joining forms etc prepared by the team are in

· place using a standard checklist.

· Maintaining the employee files.

· Coordinating training and development activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
