Job Description – HR Generalist

Position: HR Generalist

Location: Ludhiana

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Qualification: Regular MBA / BCA / B.Sc / B.Com

Experience: More than 5 Years in Automobile Industry

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle.

Handle payroll, attendance, compliance, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).

Develop and implement HR policies & procedures.

Employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management.

Coordinate training & development activities.

Maintain HR records and prepare MIS reports.

Requirements

Proven experience (5+ years) as HR Generalist in the Automobile industry.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliances, and HR best practices.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office / HR tools.
