We are looking for an extremely passionate candidate for HR Generalist position in our esteem organization with Master Degree in Human Resource. The HR Generalist plays a vital role at The Brihaspati Infotech Pvt. Ltd. by learning and owning on boarding and off boarding formalities to be executed for employees, administration work, employee engagement and facility inspection.
As a Generalist, you have the opportunity to learn and enhance your skills at The Brihaspati Infotech Pvt. Ltd. You’ll work closely with a Senior Manager to create a powerful, engaging and meaningful experience for all the employees. We are growing quickly so you will be able to directly influence the scaling of our organization by thinking creatively, improving and creating current processes.
We have a healthy foundation and we’re looking for an individual to bring their talents to help us continue to build an efficient organization.
1) Implement and administer employee policies.
2) Manage and improve employee on-boarding / off-boarding lifecycle and help plan training & development.
3) Handling payroll and attendance.
4) Assistance in development and implementation of human resource policies.
5) Support the HR Department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
6) Develop and build positive working relationships with co-workers by maintaining a friendly and enthusiastic work attitude.
7) Assistance in Facility Inspection.
8) Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Required skill-set
1) Master in business administration with minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in HR Generalist Role.
2) Experience of Payroll, PF and ESI.
3) Strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
4) Ambitious, competitive, assertive and passionate to succeed
5) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6) High level of initiative and a strong drive to succeed.
7) Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
8) Basic Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
9) Extremely detail oriented and strong interest in process improvement.
10) Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
11) Impeccable judgment and ability to handle confidential information.
Experience Required- 1 to 4 Years of Experience in HR Generalist or HR Admin Profile.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
