Executive - HR Operations

Job Summary:

The HR Operations role focuses on managing and executing day-to-day HR processes and ensuring smooth functioning of HR systems, compliance, and employee services. The position acts as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring policies are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Manage employee life cycle: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits.
  • Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, experience, relieving, etc.).
  • Payroll & Attendance
  • Ensure accurate attendance and leave management.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
  • Handle reimbursements and full & final settlements.
  • Compliance & Policies
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Maintain HR policies and support audits.
  • Assist in drafting & updating HR policies.
  • Employee Engagement & Support
  • Address employee queries related to HR operations.
  • Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
  • Conduct induction and orientation sessions.
  • HR Systems & Processes
  • Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Generate and analyze HR reports (attrition, headcount, etc.).
  • Support process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordination & Support
  • Liaise with internal departments for HR-related processes.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (insurance, consultants, statutory bodies).

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in HR software / HRMS.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
