We are looking to hire an Executive - Leasing Administration to support and execute leasing operations for our client - one of the leading semi government organization in the region. The role will be responsible for managing leasing documentation, agreements, renewals, amendments, and payments while ensuring compliance with internal policies and delivering excellent customer service.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.

The Executive - Leasing Administration will play a key role in maintaining lease data accuracy, coordinating with tenants and internal departments, and ensuring timely execution of agreements & renewals to support the profitability & operational efficiency of the leasing function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process new lease proposals, ensuring completeness and compliance with approvals and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare, draft, and coordinate lease agreements as per approved terms, liaising with the Legal and Leasing teams for necessary reviews and amendments.
  • Handle renewals, terminations, amendments, and novations, ensuring all documents, approvals, and payments are processed accurately and on time.
  • Register lease agreements and units through Ejari and maintain proper filing of all leasing documentation within Yardi and shared drives.
  • Coordinate with tenants, leasing agents, and internal departments for lease signing, courier management, and document collection.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding payments, renewals, and expiries to minimize bad debts and ensure timely service continuity.
  • Support in maintaining accurate lease data, generating MIS reports, and providing management with regular updates on leasing activities.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and delegation of authority while maintaining excellent tenant relations and customer service standards.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Administration or related field preferred).
  • 2-4 years of experience within a leasing administration or similar real estate function.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Proficient in using Yardi, Oracle, or Salesforce systems.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of tenant contracts, fit-outs, and leasing documentation.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
