Job Description

Co-ordination with sales Team and plan shipments based on customers requirement.

Checking daily stock with plant & based on that release the daily invoicing plan

Preparation of Pre /Post export documents

Co-ordination with manufacturing sites for movement of shipments.

To ensure there isn’t any additional cost incurred in form of detention or any extra charges and plan shipment accordingly.

Negotiation with Freight Forwarder for Freight rates.

Co-ordination with Freight forwarder, Transporter & Custom Broker for smooth sailing of shipment.

Shipment intimation to the Customers

Verification of Post shipment documents and submitting documents to banks within the stipulated time period

Handling Customer Queries

Handling all the audit related queries.

Well versed in handling both LCL and FCL shipments.

Complete Knowledge of preparing documents under Letter of Credit and LC Clause.

Proficient in working on ERP system –TCS ION/SAP HANA

Preparing Certificate of Origin/GSP, Insurance certificate and bank realisation certificates

Liaising with shipping companies & Custom Broker’s.

Preparing MIS reports.

Check and close IDPMS and EDPMS open transactions
