What makes the role m eaty?

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of Electrical systems, HVAC, Chiller un its, and other utility equipment at retail outlets.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrical circuits, panels, and equipment.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, breakdowns, and repairs.
• Ensure minimal downtime of systems and quick response to emergency breakdowns.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) follow-ups.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment in outlets.
• Monitor energy consumption and suggest efficiency improvement measures.
• Ensure compliance wi th safety, statutory, and company standa rds during maintenance activities.
• Travel across assigned outlets in the city for regular checks and emergency calls.

We hope that you have...

• Diploma / B.E . in Electrical Engineering.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in retail, commercial, or facility maintenance.
• Knowledg e of repair, maintenance, and system operations.
• Must posse ss a two-wheeler with valid li cense for city travel.
• Willingness to ha ndle 7–8 retail ou tlets within the city.
