Responsibilities:
Functional Responsibilities

Analyse, maintain, and imporve financial systems to support business operations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and integrations

Ensure data integrity, accuracy across financial systems

Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides

Provide training and technical support to finance team

Create and automate financual reports and dashboards using PBI
-
Participate sub process re-engineering and digital transformation initiatives
-
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system usability and reporting accuracy

Monitor system performance and proactively address bottlenecks or inefficiencies
-
Engage in peer learning , knowledge sharing, and cross - functional collaboration

Experiment with new tools and platforms to improve automation, reporting, and integration

Prortype & Iterate : Test ideas quickly and refine based on feedback

Learn from IT, finance, and data teams to broaden your perspective
Qualifications:
- A or MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institute or equivavlent
-
Experience with EPM systems (e.g SAP BPC, TM1(COGNOS))

Experience with ERP systems (e.g SAP)

Strong analytical ad problem solving skills

Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, VBA and data visualisation tools)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Project management skiills are a plus
-
Apply Agile or hybrid project management approaches for iterative delivery and stakeholder feedback.

Lean Sig Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus
