Job Purpose
- Conduct end to end recruitment process for the Managerial Cadre from Sourcing to Onboarding
- Maintain Data and Metrics for Hiring
- Support in HR Tech platform initiatives
Primary Responsibilities
- Managing Managerial Hiring Lifecycle from Sourcing to Onboarding while ensuring candidate experience
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the role requirements for the Vacancy and source profiles from various Job Boards like Naukri, Shine, etc.
- Understand profiles to match role suitability, then arrange interviews/interactions.
- Support team in closing the vacancy. Ensure smooth onboarding journey of candidate.
- Plan and conduct onboarding of the new joiners in collaboration with the functions like IT, Admin, Payroll, etc.
- TA Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain a recruitment dashboard
- Generate insights from the data
- Analyze offer decline data to identify actionable insights and improvement areas.
- Present findings to TA leadership with recommendations for process or improvements.
- Hiring Metrics
- Track and improve TAT (Turnaround Time) for hiring
- Use SAP SuccessFactors ATS
- New Employee Onboarding experience feedback
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with TA managers to ensure alignment on hiring targets, timelines, and candidate experience.
- Partner with different teams for Projects in Automation, Digitization, Process Improvements, etc.
- Platform Management
- Central POC for HR Platforms for Onboarding, Background Verification, Appointment Letter e-signing
- Diagnosing issues and resolving queries of HRBPs based out of Manufacturing Plants and Sales Offices
- Conducting regular training sessions for HRBPs for these platforms
Key Performance Indicators:
- Lateral Recruitment
- Zero error in payroll and ELC actions
- Induction feedback
Qualifications :
o Bachelor’s Degree in any field preferably commerce, business, management.
- Preferred Non-Essential Requirements:
o Part-time / Full time - Post Graduation degree/certification in Human Resources
o Experience in owning HR processes and front-ending stakeholders
Previous Experience: 1-3 years of HR experience
