Key Responsibilities

Provide high‑level executive support to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of daily operations.

Manage complex calendars, arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow‑ups.

Draft, review, and circulate confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Coordinate high‑level engagements with internal stakeholders, external partners, and government entities.

Organize business travel, logistical arrangements, protocol requirements, and visitor coordination.

Maintain an efficient documentation and filing system (electronic and physical).

Support executive decision‑making through organized briefings, meeting preparation, and information flow.

Uphold strict confidentiality and demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

3+ years of experience supporting senior executives or handling executive office duties.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

High degree of discretion, maturity, and attention to detail.
