Role: Executive Office Manager
Salary: AED 20,000+benefits for self.
Location: Ajman, UAE
A leading Organization is looking for an Office Manager to assist the Top management in Office Management, Personal Affairs, Executive Support, Team Support & Administrative Document Handling.
1-Executive Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the TOP MANAGEMENT, including managing their calendars, policy writing, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit documents, policy and preparations of presentations, budgeting &Calculations.

Office Management & Team Support:
-
Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a professional and efficient work environment.

Assist the wider team with administrative & Finance tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing events.

Coordinate internal and external communications, including drafting emails, budgeting, calculations, meeting memos/summaries, and announcements.

Bilingual Proficiency
-
Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal.

Assist with Arabic-English interpretation when required.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager, Calculations, Budgeting (experience in both is a plus).

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
