Job Type: Full Time Onsite Position
Job Timing: 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM
Department: Health and Life Solutions
Working Days: 5 Days with Alternate Saturdays On
Required Experience: 0 – 3 Years
Office Location: Bahria Complex 3, Clifton, Karachi.

Job Description:

· Provide technical advisory support for Health & Life insurance solutions.

· Collaborate with internal teams to develop and promote new insurance products.

· Support the creation of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, capability decks).

· Assist with research, claims processes, and operational development projects.

· Manage assigned client accounts, including regular meetings and relationship management.

· Lead and coordinate insurance tenders and RFPs, including documentation and presentations.

· Liaise with insurance providers to ensure accurate data and timely updates.

· Conduct training sessions and presentations for clients on insurance offerings.

· Track client activities and follow up with insurers to ensure timely documentation.

· Carry out other tasks assigned by the manager.

Required Experience and Skills:

· Required Experience: 0 – 3 Years.
· Must have excellent communication skills.
· Pharmacist (Pharm-D, preferably experienced in public health).
· Corporate sector experience (preferably in insurance industry).
· Client Centric Mindset (preferably adept with latest health techs).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Good Presentation and Interpersonal Skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Problem-Solving.
· Strong client-centric mindset, ideally with familiarity with modern health technologies.
· Good presentation and interpersonal skills, with a focus on employee wellbeing.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
