Executive - Operations (Expatriate)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with strong knowledge of core HR operations and working familiarity with KSA government portals and procedures. The role involves managing day-to-day HR activities while coordinating government-related processes to ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases
  • Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits administration
  • Support employee relations and address HR-related queries
  • Coordinate with GRO for visa processing, Iqama renewals, transfers, and other government-related matters
  • Assist in compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies
  • Maintain Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance and workforce records
  • Liaise with government portals when required (MHRSD, GOSI, MUQEEM, MUDAAD, Absher)
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations within KSA
  • Working knowledge of KSA government portals (MHRSD, GOSI, MUQEEM, MUDAAD, Absher)
  • Basic understanding of KSA visa and Iqama procedures
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience coordinating with GRO and handling government-related documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ﷼6,000.00 per month
