Position Summary
The Executive Operations Specialist provides high-level operational and administrative support to the CEO, strengthening organizational effectiveness through executive coordination, governance support, and accurate data management. This role enhances efficiency, accountability, and alignment with the organization’s strategic priorities.

Decision Making Responsibility
Exercise sound judgment and accountability in daily decision-making, with consideration for people, costs, service quality, and client relationships. Maintain confidentiality and safeguard PEAK Parent Center information in accordance with agency standards.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and web-based conferencing tools.
Physical Demands
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This position is Full-time. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening, overnight, and weekend work may be required as job duties demand, particularly during the conference.
