Executive Pastry Chef

Kerzner International invites applications for an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join the culinary team at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Run the pastry and bakery kitchens at the resort
• Maintain established standards of quality and service
• Ensure profitability and maximize guest satisfaction
• Lead, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to the highest professional standards with attention to detail
• Work in a multicultural and challenging environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five star hotels
• Excellent spoken and written English (additional language a plus)
• Ability to work in a multicultural and challenging working environment
