Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries through calls, emails, and online portals.
  • Qualify leads based on interest level, budget, and location preference before passing them to the sales team.
  • Provide detailed information about projects, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and legal documents.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead information and communication history.
  • Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and site teams to ensure smooth client visits and follow-ups.
  • Conduct telephonic, virtual, or in-person presales presentations when required.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
  • Track and report daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion metrics.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience during the presales process.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of presales or tele-sales experience, Freshers can apply too property consulting, or luxury housing.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing ability and client-handling skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
