Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries through calls, emails, and online portals.
- Qualify leads based on interest level, budget, and location preference before passing them to the sales team.
- Provide detailed information about projects, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and legal documents.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead information and communication history.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and site teams to ensure smooth client visits and follow-ups.
- Conduct telephonic, virtual, or in-person presales presentations when required.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
- Track and report daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion metrics.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience during the presales process.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of presales or tele-sales experience, Freshers can apply too property consulting, or luxury housing.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing ability and client-handling skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
