EXECUTIVE - PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT (HOME TEXTILE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the PD team in executing the complete product development cycle for home textile items.
• Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure timely sample development.
• Assist in interpreting buyer requirements and translating them into workable product specs.
• Follow up on material sourcing, sample approvals, and product modifications.
• Maintain development records, timelines, and communication with internal departments.
• Stay updated with U.S. market trends and buyer preferences to support product innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in home textile product development, preferably for the U.S. market.
• Strong understanding of PD processes and textile product specifications.
• Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple development tasks.
