Executive - Production (Microbiologist)

Job Description

We are looking for a Production Executive with a strong background in Microbiology and hands-on exposure to the Food Spice Industry. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations while ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production activities in spice processing and food manufacturing
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
• Monitor microbiological quality of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Implement and maintain quality control and hygiene systems
• Coordinate with QA/QC, R&D, and maintenance teams for smooth operations
• Maintain production records, SOPs, and documentation
• Support audits and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications & Skills

• M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Microbiology or related life sciences
• Proven experience in food or spice manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge of food safety standards and microbiological testing
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a production environment and lead teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
