Executive - Products & Inventory

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on Shopify, ensuring accuracy in content, pricing, and categorization.
• Collaborate with the product development team for content creation, specifications, and launch planning.
• Maintain real-time inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated across platforms.
• Generate regular inventory and sales reports using Excel for internal analysis and forecasting.
• Support the coordination between warehouse, fulfillment, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.
• Ensure all SKUs, barcodes, and variant data are accurately managed.
• Troubleshoot any product listing or inventory discrepancies promptly.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Power BI, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting tools.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and sales reporting.
• Familiarity with product listing standards and catalog management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
